Vita.
Born and raised on a farm in Africa, Mona Shatry started early being interested in visual storytelling.
During her degree in Fashion & Design Management, she was able to deepened her understanding of the creative industry.
She had the opportunity to experiment with new techniques, assisting in beauty-, fashion-, portraitphotography, diverse multimedia and was given the stylistic and important freedom to work professional. Around this time she was constantly challenged through various collaborations and experienced a sublime and unique period. This era gave the ability to look at projects through different lenses.
Today her personal work includes projects in fashion and culture and human stories.
Focusing in her interest of sustainability, diversity and gender equality, she always get fascinated about visions of new creative thinking.
Mona also works with photographer Jasmin Breidenbach (www.jasminbreidenbach.de) on larger productions as photography duo. Together they have built a network of talented and sustainability-oriented women in the creative industry to realize their shared visions.
